With a surface area of 35 m², this air-conditioned furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure luxury residence with lift, caretaker, with two swimming pools and an exotic garden. The apartment benefits from a panoramic terrace with a jacuzzi as well as a second terrace fitted out to enjoy breakfasts and meals.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has a pretty bright living room with an equipped kitchen open to a living room with two sofa beds; one bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You will feel comfortable during your stay: 1 Tv Flat Screen, wifi, Refrigerator, Hob, Oven / Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, coffee machine, etc ...
🅿️ Private parking: one underground parking space is included.
⚠️ Important The jacuzzi can only be used from April to October.
This makes it an ideal base for exploring Antibes and the surrounding area, with family or friends.

Access

On your arrival, you will be greeted by a Jeffrey Host concierge, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, key collection).
Arrivals or departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien les terrasses offres une vue magnifique dont il est difficile de se lasser. Il est à 2 minutes à pieds du port et est entourés de très bon restaurants. Cependant, étant donné qu'il s'agit d'une résidence haut de gamme offrant des services haut de gamme (piscines, jacuzzis) il serait bien d'être accueilli avec un plateau de bienvenue et/ou un petit déjeuner et de moderniser la TV. Bon séjour

Un bon séjour sur ANTIBES, avec une vue magnifique sur le vieux port. Un appartement conforme à la description. Un + pour le jaccuzzi et le place de parking. L’appartement se situe à 2 pas du centre ville. Dommage pour le ménage qui a vraiment été bâcler ( frigo sale, lave vaisselle pas vidée des anciens vacanciers, poubelle sale, éponge noir, terrasse pas nettoyé.. )

Super séjour

Excellent accueil! Très belle appartement avec le rooftop et son jaccuzi, il y a une très jolie vue. L’appartement est bien situé à côté des restaurants, de la plage, des magasins... le quartier est plutôt calme mais se trouve près de Juan les pins qui est plus festive.

CAUTION DÉBITÉE DE 400 EUROS

Attention au moment des réservation car grosse surprise : 289 euros de résa + 400 euros de caution débitée . Première fois que je vois ça sur Booking . Donc résultat : 689 euros euros en moins sur le compte pour 1 nuit de location ,jusqu'à ce que Jeffrey Conciergerie dédaigne de vous rendre votre caution . Service client minable aucune réponse téléphonique, obligé d'appliquer harcèlement sonnerie pour avoir une réponse sinon ils s'en foutent complétement, et quel service antipathique mon dieu... on vous parle au téléphone comme si vous étiez la plus grosse attardée mentale. La j'essaye actuellement de reccuperer ma caution , sauf qu'on me dis qu'il me la rendent pas avant deux semaines, alors que la remise des clefs et l'état des lieux nickel a été fait. J'ai demander un numéro du centre financement, on me remballe en me disant limite en se foutant de ma gueule ON A QU'UN EMAIL alors que le jour de la résa ce même centre de financement m'avais appeler mdr donc gros foutage de gueule Sinon l'appartement était super mais malheureusement une vraie arnaque. Le monsieur de la remise des clefs est quant a lui un amour dommage pour lui d'être associé a ce genre d'enseigne . A fuir , ne faites pas comme moi a courrir derrière votre argent qui vous ai du

Amazing apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was very clean with a lovely balcony but the rooftop terrace is what makes this place special. With amazing panoramic views of Antibes and the surrounding area. The hot tub was lovely to relax in and just watch the world go by. The location was perfect by the harbour which made it easy to find and with parking (the apartment is part of a hotel complex with the entrance located at the other end of the street to the harbour). It was just a couple of minutes easy walking to get to the main restaurants. And we also walked to the lovely little beach just past the harbour which was sandy and with a sheltered swimming area. We would definitely return to this fab spot.

WOW! Rooftop balcony-covered balcony-best designed small apartment--and in ANTIBES!!!!!

The description did not do the apartment justice. The views, the PRIVATE rooftop balcony, the closet, the bed, the kitchen and the views, the views, the VIEWS, from the covered balcony---------it was all perfection. We loved this apartment. We had safe, and easy parking. Our location to Antibes was perfect. We spent our later evenings with wine and cheese overlooking the port, the sea and the views of Nice beyond. Our hostess, Virginie was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She showed us everything and met us upon checkout. She made everything so easy. DO NOT HESITATE TO RENT THIS APARTMENT! We loved it---------such a great experience.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement le week end du 14 au 16/9/2018. L'appartement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique sur le port d'Antibes. La résidence est calme et les 2 piscines très agréables. Nous avons tout de même été déçus de ne pas pouvoir utiliser le jaccuzzi privatif qui apparemment était hors d'usage depuis plusieurs mois. Cette information ne nous a pas été transmise lors de nos échanges avec Jeffrey Conciergerie. Le ménage était très sommaire et il n'y avait pas de drap pour le couchage du salon (qui est une simple "banquette" pour 1 personne et non un canapé lit pour 2). Cet appartement peut accueillir 3 personnes et non 4.
