Ideal apartment for a short or long stay in the Venice of the Alps!
The apartment is bright and fully equipped, it will bring you all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
It consists of an entrance, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room, a living room with a sofa bed to relax or watch TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet and to the floor the room with a twin bed (160cm)
⚠️ the sofa can accommodate a child or 1 adult in troubleshooting on a course stay!

Access

On your arrival, you will be greeted by a Jeffrey Host concierge, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, key collection).
Arrivals or departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.

Neighborhood

The apartment is in the heart of the city center. The neighborhood is very lively with its local produce shops and other shops, restaurants or wine bar. In the old city the market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market!
At the corner of the street, the lake, the old town and the castle above are just 5 minutes away.
The Bonlieu Arts Center is 300 meters away.

Transit

The nearest car parks are about 400 meters from the apartment. There are packages for 3 days, 5 days or weekends.
The lake and bike path 400 meters, train station 700 meters. Geneva International Airport 45 km.

Bon accueil et appartement conforme aux photos. MAIS cette annonce est sur certains points mensongère : -Le lit king size est en réalité deux lits simples collés (nous ne devons pas avoir la même définition...) -Le Wifi marche très très mal (alors que nous avions demander confirmation de sa qualité: on peut donc vous mentir...). -L’appartement/ vaisselle était sale à notre arrivée.

L’appart est bien placé mais c’est un appart de fumeur ce qui est tres incommodant ; le chauffage est un peu juste et attention aux normes électriques... sinon on voit que le proprio aime accueillir, la porte d’entree « tableau » est une bonne idée !

Conciergerie peu professionnelle

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, très agréable et très bien placé. Le problème est que la conciergerie qui le gère n’est pas assez professionnelle : difficulté à obtenir un interlocuteur pour fixer le rdv de check-in, la concierge nous indique qu’il n’y a pas de wifi dans le logement alors qu’il y en a un, retards non annoncés (de 20min minimum) pour le check-in ET le check-out. Je ne recommande pas le recours à leur service

Retour sur le séjour

Le duplex est très bien, il est vraiment très bien situé en plein centre à porté du lac à porté de boutiques restaurants c’est incroyable. De plus un parking (payant) est juste à côté de l’appartement enfin tout est fait pour bien s’y retrouver. Les personnes qui gèrent l’appartement sur place sont très disponibles très compréhensifs et très aimables. Le seul hic, qui pour moi a été un gros problème sur ces deux jours, c’est la mention d’un lit « queensize ». Aucun lit queensize n’était présent, mais bien deux matelas simples regroupés par un simple drap. Ce qui signifie que passer la nuit dans un trou pour vous rapprocher de votre moitié n’est pas à exclure. Une bonne literie est très importante pour un bon séjour. Ne faites pas mention du nom dun lit de qualité si cela n’est pas au rendez vous.

Bof pour le prix

Ayant deux couchages peu confortable canapé lit en mousse petit et vêtuste et une autonomie en eau chaude très limité pour 4 personnes je trouve cette location plutot cher! 80 euros de ménage pas justifier... Pour le même tarifs il y a bien mieux sur Annecy.

Falta de todo y sucio el menaje cocina.

Falta lavavajillas de mano, solo una pastilla para el de maquina, sin contar q no hay gel, ni champu...Esta sucio el horno, platos, potes cocina y esponja para lavarlos. No corresponde la calidad con el precio elevado.
